Maps of Solar Eclipses from 1890 to 1894

Three popular books on solar eclipses were written in this period by Mabel Loomis Todd, Total Eclipses of the Sun, Corona and Coronet: Being a Narrative of the Amherst Eclipse Expedition to Japan, and Tripoli the Mysterious.

Todd is the wife of noted professor David Peck Todd and besides her interest in eclipses, she is best known as the editor of the poetry of Emily Dickinson.
